I love this company TEMU but I do have an issue I ordered 19 journals I only received two the total was $145.38 I would like to have the other 17 if all possible if not I would appreciate it refund

I have a customer that's waiting on those books she's a broker and she is using them for her business to give away and so either you need to refund my money so I can find something else for her or get those books to me I guess they *** I would appreciate it very much thank you I have been trying to take care of this issue for almost a week which is not understandable and acceptable I don't understand why I couldn't get things wrapped up right away anyway the total was 14538 I do have a copy of mine thanks showing that I paid that and I would be glad to send it to you thank you
