Stay away from this store : Cowherd Official Store Contact staff : Joyce Luo (Very likely.....is a fake contact name) Selling items not in stock, falsely advertised, poor communication, non responsive, don't be fooled by their seller ratings, those are fake ones.......Never refund after cancellation of order nor do they ship out your ordered item , just keep ignoring customer's requests and only replied twice in one week. I will contact my CC company and file a chargeback. What an unpleasant buying experience. Check out some of their earlier feedbacks, they sent out items in different colour and expect you to accept it. Even if you ask for refund, they simply won't respond to your request. No action was taken just keep gnoring you. I would consider them as lousy seller with no sense of professionalism and probably with minimum level of English skill. So beware, they are some c
