AI Highlights
  • - Cowboy Way was unprofessional.
  • - Packets arrived late.
  • - Promised group cruises; final offer: $500 coupon or $400 cash.
  • - Negative posts were removed.

I have been blessed with traveling and have used several agencies in the past. Cowboy Way has to be the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with.

We used their service for a wedding cruise, we had at 15 cabins and 6 were balconies, total of 32 people. They didn't have our packets ready till a few days before. They said one thing and did another. Were told we would get at least 1 if not 2 free cruises for such a large group. I waited till they gave the gift and after all said & done the wedding couple could choose between a $500 coupon to use on another cruise or $400 cash.

And they just contacted them last week to let them know what they received.

The cruise was the 1st week of July. Another person wrote on their web-site and was told they took it down, didn't want bad publicity...
