This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. They sent me the wrong size cover, and I sent photos and a video back to them to prove it.
They said that wasn't good enough, their records show it is the correct size even though it was made in India and never verified in the USA. The size is off by 3 FEET, not just inches. Also, you cannot talk to customer service by phone. I am in the process of doing a chargeback with by credit card since they won't replace this cover.
Take your business elsewhere, DON'T buy anything here!

They just want me to go away and pretend that I am happy with my purchase. They did not like my suggestion that they make it clearer in advance that their products are made in India, not the United States.
That cover is extremely rugged and durable, was made in the United States, and is still giving me reliable use. When I wanted the same quality cover for our outdoor kitchen, I thought I was returning to the same company. I ordered their most durable (and expensive) Cover Tuff 18 oz. 1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester material.
My custom (non-refundable) cover arrived yesterday, and I have been so upset that I have not even opened the package. The cover inside is obviously flimsy and lightweight, falling infinitely short of my expectations. Until I started getting FedEx shipping notifications, I had no idea that what I was buying was being made in India. I thought I was buying a durable product that was made in the USA.
Now I am out of over $365.00 for a piece of trash that I do not want to even look at, let alone use! When I contacted them, no response. They have my money, and that is this shady outfits only concern.
They should put a big Indian flag at the top of their website with the words Made in India if they are not intentionally trying to deceive customers. I NEVER WOULD HAVE MADE THIS COSTLY PURCHASE HAD I KNOWN!

I have tried to order covers for my two curved patio sofas 3 different times. Each time I accepted responsibility for possibly measuring wrong.
I willingly paid the 3rd time. Now they won't send me my covers OR refund my money. They have gone dark.
It's not the money as much as the principle. It's beyond disappointing.

Nowhere does it say up to $50. not even when you build your cart and click on the link they send you. it is a total surprise at checkout. then their customer service reps would rather spend time arguing with you about promotion vs.
honoring the offer that was texted to me and making for a happy new customer.
They don't seem to have interest in the amount of business they COULD have had if they had honored their promoted offer.
This company has a lot to learn about managing expectations and customer service. Buyer beware.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Today they cancelled the order and claimed that I should receive a refund soon. Waiting for it to actually happen
They have a page describing the exact product I was looking for and for a very reasonable price. I ordered the cover, added shipment fees, paid for the product and from that moment it all escalated. I received a series of emails asking for more details - pictures and measurements of the chair. After about 3-4 emails I got suspicious and ask them to cancel this order if they cannot provide me the product as described in their website.
They ignored this request and asked for more measurements. The next day I received a request to process the payment of $104!
At that moment I realised that this is a scam and asked for a refund and cancellation.
Pretending to be nice they ignored my request and now I'm still waiting and keep getting emails from them apologizing and asking why I want to cancel the order. I asked very clearly to receive a refund for 3 times and they ignored it.
After reaching out for a refund to their customer service, I received emails from a branch in USA, which shows that this company is American and just holds an Australian website to lure more customers.
In Australia, I received a phone call from them, which came from Western Australia and a guy with a heavy Indian accent spoke to me and ignored all I asked and just wanted to receive more measurements.

Botched order!

Ordered a custom cover for a captains chair on our boat. Followed ALL directions on their website (which werent great) and when it didnt fit, they blamed us.
No ownership for their botched workmanship, poor website directions etc. and after multiple emails back and forth they offered a 30% discount to start over. No thanks! What a joke.
If you want a custom cover, go elsewhere.
Youll be glad you did! This experience was nothing but a waste of time.

I ordered a custom made cover to be made for my Segway and was supposed to receive a 30% discount. Heres what happened.
(1) originally charged full price.
Had to call to obtain the 30% discount, which was eventually refunded.
(2) next I experienced several back and forth as on my cover design where they said my design was incorrectly measured.
As it turned out after many days of back and forth and phone calls, they stopped my order.
(3) more phone calls to put the order back in process.
(4) They began changing my design so they could zippers to my design. They used that material design to tell me that the original price had increased from $52 to over a $100.
(5) I told them to cancel my order and to issue a refund.
