Poor customer service

This has to be the worse company fir customer service.

After discussing the problem with the customer service SUPERVISOR I might add she told me in an email " Do what you want".

I returned my dash mat and they kept 20% as a restocking fee yet orders are made to order so some poor sod will end up with my dash mat thinking they made it for them.

Please think twice before ordering and read all reviews every site as poor 1 star reviews.

SOrdered product over a year ago called customer service twice & still waiting for the results. Ordered recently its been over a month a still havent received it.

LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. These guys are CROOKS!

If you ever plan on buying something here, DO NOT EXPECT a refund. Just keep the item, because even after you return an item with confirmation from USPS you WILL NOT I REPEAT YOU WILL NOT get a refund.

These guys are crooks and they keep both your money and the product you ordered. These guys are CROOKS!

Order never updated or shipped

I ordered a custom-made dash mat on 1/16/21. It was supposed to ship on 1/29/21.

The order status never updated. I reached out to them three times, with no response to my emails (which they request the issues to be responded via email not phone). I filed a complaint with the BBB last week. I decided to file a dispute of the transaction with my credit card company as well.

I have dealt with them before with no issues either directly or through automotive stores where you can also order their products from. It is a shame.

Next complaint going to the attorney generals office of their corporate location in Oklahoma. Beware

Company accused me of lying and returning damaged goods.

Purchased a LaBra front end cover for my vehicle. Followed written instructions to include cleaning and waxing the front of the car.

Drove aprox. 5 miles when the top portion of the car cover started separating from the car around the head lights. Pulled over and took it off. Drove another 5 miles and the bottom cover started separating from the car.

Again I pulled over and removed it. Called Covercraft for a return authorization number, explained what happened and my evaluation of the product which was a design flaw on how it attached around the head lights. Payed $38.00 to ship it back. They claimed that the manufacture inspected the item and claimed that it was dirty and there was damage to it.

They did send me pictures, but I was not able to open them. The person I had emailed, which was a sales rep. accused me of being a lyre and that if I posted any negative feedback that was not true, they would take swift legal action against me. This sales rep.

when asked what his name was and position did not reply back with this information. I don't want a dime back from this company.

What I do want as an apology for the actions of this sales rep. saying I was a lyre and threating me with legal actions.
