Excess charges

Same as everyone else. Signed up for a one time charge and they keep charging me. Can't find them online anymore. Will cut them off through the bank

Unauthorized charges!

While checking my online banking app, I noticed a charge for $19.85 that I did not authorize. I dont even recognize the company! I cant find the website that was listed on my bank statement to even see if I may have used them a year and a half ago. Sounds like a total scam!

I used them once with a free trial. I canceled the service. They have charged me $20 for the last 3 months and I cannot get them to stop.

Same! I used free trial and now they are charging me $22 a month. I'm going to get the bank to cut them off.

The title of the extra money charge from the "BOLD LIMITED Cover-Letter-Now.com" on my card is: BLD*CVRLTR 844351**** GUAYNABO PRI copy pasted it into the Google browser and it led me to other customers who also have had the same experience. It will appear on your card as well if you choose to subscribe to this webpage: cover-letter-now.com

I want to warn others and share my experience with the web page : www.cover-letter-now.com The company name's BOLD LIMITED. Their full address is: City View Plaza II, Suite 6000, 48 Road 165 Guaynabo, PR 00968. They offer a service of helping you to write a cover letter online with instant download as pdf. The cover letters were no good after all, I could choose only a limited amount (max 4) of adjectives, and then there are lines written by an automatic software with my preferred adjectives, you can figure out it must be the same template for everyone... I subscribed for 3 US dollar a month. After 14 days they charged me 19 Euro (=21,2 US dollar).
