Coventry quit working with my provider without notifying me in the middle of the year .they first told me they did not have a tax ID number for this doctor. I refiled and never had any response. I am now stuck with the full amount. I didn't know about this for months. I would have found a new provider if I knew. Coventry is the worst.They got $6000 in premiums and never paid out a dime on my three doctors visits.

Anonymous I just had the exact same experience. I've had the same plan for 12 years and now, whitout even a letter, my coverage has been dropped.

I have called seven times since March to cancel my policy. They keep billing me and leaving harassing phone messages. I don't understand why they didn't cancel the policy the first time I called.
