This is the worse insurance company ever!!!. I decided to go with them because I was having problems with the marketplace. And they sent me a letter telling me to choose my plan by December 2015 which i did and emailed them all the details back. Guess what? I found out that they coverage only started 4 months later. The Resolution Team at Coventry is a joke. Their job is to annoy and antagonize the members by telling the story dozens of times to dozens of people. They promise to handle the problems but never do. When you get something in writing it doesn't problem solve. Instead it opens another case and you are forced to tell the problems dozens of times to dozens more people. It's a cycle designed make you quiet about their mistakes.

Received my first bill today, but I set up automatic payment via credit card two weeks ago. I haven't received my insurance card, do not even have a member number, and when I called, the choices lead to an unending circle, beginning over and over with the very first "press one". Don't bother to call.

My mother had the RN call in her 90 day supply of blood pressue meds in on Jan 12th during a 3 way call yhey were going to be shipped out asap because the fact she was going to be out in five days. Coventry quit working with my provider without notifying me in the middle of the year . they first told me they did not have a tax ID number for this doctor. I refiled and never had any response. I am now stuck with the full amount. I didn't know about this for months. I would have found a new provider if I knew. Coventry is the worst. They got $6000 in premiums and never paid out a dime on my three doctors visits.

Paid almost $800 monthly premium to initiate a new policy. 60 days later we still don't have a member ID number and after 7 phone calls to member services we're left with no choice but to cancel the policy and go without insurance. I am mad that Conventry failed to give me the right address to send out reimbursement forms and list of items billed ahead of time. I had to recopy my list of dental charges and mail them again after getting the right address. I saw my dentist on November 22 ,2016. I had the expenses charged to my credit card. I had to pay off my credit card balance today and still have not received a check that was supposed to cover $97 dollars of the expenses....
