Very short wait times for calling. Customer service is actually nice and you talk to real people not AI.
You can chat with real people too but the hours are minimal that you can talk to them. They walk you through setting up, and helping with technical issues if you need it.

Your still taking money out of my account
I have asked you to cancel my subscription since day one and you continue to take $17 out of my account. Its obvious that you dont really give a damn because youre not listening to me and you continue to take money.
Stop taking money out of my account and cancel my account. Can you understand that?

Covenant Eyes use to detect adult images from sites such as flickr. It no longer does.
Customer service tells me to have my accountability person change my settings to accountability and filtering vs. just accountability.
The same algorithms that would detect the adult images and send a message to my accountability person are the same algorithms that would block the site.
The algorithms ARE NOT WORKING!!!!
