Cove will not send replacement control panel

It has now been 11 weeks since I contacted Cove about the battery in the control panel that had expanded so much and was so hot it kept triggering a system tamper alert and we had to take it off the wall and put it on ceramic trivets for fear of fire hazard for my 89 year old mother. Cove did finally send a battery for us to "fix it" ourselves(how generous!)but still no replacement panel that was supposedly ordered 11 weeks ago.

I have since learned that Cove puts a different "queue" on replacement orders than the "queue" they put on new orders and then send both to the same warehouse. Well let's just make an educated guess as to which "queue" gets priority!

OR they must have so many faulty control panels that they can't fill the orders. Either way is unacceptable and I doubt that if the "shoe were on the other foot" that Cove would appreciate not getting the service and/or replacement parts they are guaranteed in the plan.

Preferred solution: refund for entire cove system or simply send the control panel that I deserve and was told I would receive.
