Dirty sheets
- - Room 418 Champagne Tour Suite had stained sheets.
- - We slept on a blanket; the dirty sheet remained.
- - Compensation requested; no manager response.
Good morning my husband and I just checked out of the champagne tour suite and it was a great stay, unfortunately we paid a pretty decent amount of money for our stay and when we arrived that evening before bed we noticed the sheets were stained, we slept on top of blanket that night, the next morning i called front desk and informed them, they assured me they would send the housecleaning right away came back at night bed was made but same dirty sheet was on bed.we feel this is unacceptable for what we paid, and very unsanitary. Seeing as how the problem was never resolved I would like to be compensated.
We were in room 418 .
This was the email we sent. I even called and left same message to manager no response this was Monday that I called.

Resolved: Dirty sheets
- - Bottom sheet had black marks; we slept on the blanket.
- - Promised it would be changed, but the sheet remained dirty; no management response.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders.
The next morning during checkout I made front desk aware, got email of a manager, left a ling email no response.
I called the next day and left a message with manager again no response. This is unacceptable for what we paid and I'm soo angry.

I NEED BACK MY PROMISED REFUND
- - Connie and Kelly (accountants) approved a refund, but I'm being charged again.
- - Jacuzzi was dirty and property had bugs; unfit for a couples resort.
I made a purchase to a hotel the Cove Haven hotel wasnt what I paid for I asked the management for a refund, they approved it so I dont know why am I being charged again
I called the property was on the phone for 45 mins I spoke with Connie and Kelly theyre accountant they approved a refund
I dont know why you guys charging me again!!!!
The hotel Jacuzzi was spitting dirt instead of clean water, the property was infested with bugs, unfit unhealthy definitely not somewhere you want to go for a couples resort fun!
