Just checking to see if it is normal for lobster tail to be so dried out you can't remove scales or wood. Tots were at least warm.
Preferred solution: I don’t expect anything other than letting you know it was a waste of my time and money. What a disappointment, it didn’t live up to the hype. Isn’t it buyer beware? I’m am now aware

I heard about 5:00 pm that organizers learned to truck broke down. Lots of disappointed, and hungry people in Westford that day.

I ended up finding a better number, seemingly a headquarters location. But it wasnt easy finding the number.
Did not find it on their website. It was on the tracking info sent to me by the SHOP app. This is the number. 207 558-****.
Waited on hold for a couple minutes.
I asked to get the 15% discount on my order arriving the next day and she did it and sent a confirmation email immediately so, in the end FINE! Just took a while getting there.

It was ridiculous. Small lobster roll which is ok for 25$ but it was sun par claw meat . The skinny claws! And the lobster bisque- one piece of small skinned lobster and one piece of 2 inches of skin

Claw meat and not the good kind! Skinny claws!! My lobster roll was very small .they could have splurged for the bigger claw meat. And the lobster bisque was a joke!
2 small skinny lobster claws and one 1/2 inch of lobster meat!!
