Verified Reviewer |Fraudulent Bi-Monthly Charges For Over 4 Months
- - Biweekly $20 charges since Jan 2026.
- - Fraud totals $168; one $20 charge reimbursed.
- - Bank declined removal; attempts to close; chat showed only $20.
Repeatedly charged $20.00 every two weeks since Jan 2026, attempted to close account several times since the multiple charges started. There have also been several $5.00 and a $7.00 charge.
To date, fraudulent charges are at $168.00; and reimbursed one of the $20.00 charges.
Contacted my bank about the fraudulent charges in January, they declined to wipe the charges or pursue it further at that time.
This time I have better proof for the bank with the chat agent saying (per chat transcript) the fee was only $20.00; they have totally ignored the fact there were multiple charges, which I mentioned a couple times in the chat session.
I'm taking that, with several reviews mentioning bi-monthly charges to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), then my bank today.
I could not find any physical address but will do a search on who owns the website (WHOIS & ICANN).
Courtrec.com and courtrec.net have the same customer service phone number (per reverse number lookup).
