Courtesy Nissan
Poor service
I took my 370Z Nissan to Courtesy Nissan in Richardson Texas because the "service engine soon" light was on. I was told I had a defective O2 Sensor.
The cost of the repair was slightly over $500.00. Less than 150 miles later
the "service engine light" is on again. I had run over some sort of debris on the highway prior to the service light coming on, but I personally inspected
the under side of the car before I took it to the dealer, and what I saw was
possible damage to the wire harness connector near the O2 sensor, but
no physical damage to either one of the O2 sensors. Now I am wondering
if maybe the dealer just reset the computer to get the light to go off, and if
they even actually replaced anything. I wish I would have told them that I
wanted to see the damage to the sensor before I gave them permission to
replace it.
