Poor service for factory warrenty
I am owner of a 2014 nissan versa which we purchased from blue *** auto ,I took it for an inspection on wednesday the 8th of august and I told them there was a rubbing noice and i thought itwas the brakes,but they found it is the CVT transmission so they said I had to take it to a nissan dealer and it still has the warrenty on it so I proceeded to tke it to Courtesy Nissan in Altoona,pa and the guy who was running the counter wasnt interested in helping me at all,he said he couldnt get it in to a technician for a month and I asked him if it would hurt it to run and he said that it wasnt his problem because I didnt purchase the car there...I just wanted to know if it would hurt it to run it and to see about them looking at it he was a really arrogant jerk and I will NEVER go back there EVER....I found out there was a dealer in Johnstown,Pa which is about an hour from me so they are going to look at it his name was Jarod and he was awesome to me.......The guys name from Courtesy was Ernie.......thanks for reading my complaint....I hope nobody else gets treated like this but I am not the 1st with that guy..
