Delivery issues

I was having problems with paper delivery, numerous times when I was not receiving the paper, or it was delivered late. Their policy states delivery by 6am and on your door step. Customer service is a real joke, as all you get is the same run around. Finally, when I stated that I was going to cancel, they supposedly escalated the issue to the district manager. So far, the paper is getting delivered early, but I still have to walk out to the end of the driveway to retrieve it. That's not doorstep delivery

Delivery problem

Once again carrier failed to deliver a paper 6 times in less than 2 weeks is very poor service. If I fail to get the Thanksgiving issue, I will be requesting a refund.

Have not had paper delivered in over 2 weeks

I have not had my paper delivered in 16 days. I call the customer service number and they assure me that they have escalated the problem to the proper individuals yet I still don't have a paper. They were able to bill me for a paper but somehow are unable to deliver it. I have left multiple phone messages with many Courier Post individuals and no one can even call me back with an answer.

User's recommendation: Don't subscribe.

Non delivery

I didn't get my paper delivered and when I called at 7 a.m. they said it was too late to get a paper delivered and credit would be applied to my account. Instead what was done was they put yesterdays news paper in with the next day delivery. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH OLD NEWS???? All I ask is my paper to be delivered!!!!!I'm sick of calling and complaining and nothing is done anyway

User's recommendation: If you want late news or undelivered paper sign up!!!

To make matters worse Kevin Mc is listed as the customer service on their page but both his phone and email go nowhere, meaning they don't OFFER customer service. If you call the 888, you get a national office, that has zero clue of what the delivery issues are locally and does not offer any type of proper remedy for their terrible local drivers' performance.

Repeated failures to deliver Sunday paper

On 2/1/21 I contacted the courier post and specifically asked your employee if the Sunday paper contained coupons as your competitors do. Her reply was a solid yes. Having had repeated delivery issues with TPI, we thought we would give your paper an opportunity. Here are the results, 2/7 received the paper without coupons. Called CP received a credit any apology. 2/14 no pare was delivered, we were offered the option of having the Sunday paper delivered the following Monday. Why would I want old news? 2/21, received the Sunday CP without any coupons. Remember, we are only interested in the COUPONS. I called many of the numbers on your website, each one delivered 3 or 4 advertisements for AT&;;;;;;;;;;;;T exclusive offers. I did finally contact one of your team members in the Philippines who spoke poor English. She also spoke so fast I had to ask her slow down so I could attempt to understand what she was saying. Her statement was it was up to the local advertisers to decide to include coupons in the Sunday edition. When I informed her we were told during our very first conversations the coupons would be included with the pap, shehe found that amusing and laughed at me. So, I'm informing your paper that I am cancelling my subscription and should your company send me a bill for any reason I'll put the bill with your paper in y trash. Too bad I don't have a puppy to house train, your paper would at least serve a purpose in that regard.

It is sad to see how Courier Post has sold out to an unethical political boss in New Jersey. One example of a sold out editor is Jim Walsh. Walsh is desperate and needs money and his job, so when a political boss tells him to write a misleading and damaging story to harm others, the Sell Out Reporter Jim Walsh has no problem contributing to the negative misleading stories that are created by the political bosses in NJ. Walsh should be ashamed of himself for allowing himself to sell out. Jim Walsh is a disgrace to Journalism. His misconduct is blatant. What an evil person who has sold himself to the Jersey Devil.
