Good experience
Felt that I should get a better rate due to courier Journal does not offer annual billing. Service rep was very hrlpful

Billing and subscription
I was told last year my rate would be $59.99 annually but starting in April it was monthly $10.99. Lian was able to get me into a $6.99 promotion due to my inconvenience.
