Well my experience with trying to get the permit has been going on for over a month somehow the car didn't go through nobody knew what it was I called my bank there wasn't nothing wrong they told me to try again and then I did and that's when someone charged me $191 and some change and I don't understand why because I did not and would not have ordered any other stuff that is on there have a good day be safe thank you Elmer Thomas
