Wanted to know when re run 13th July issue would happen . Nothing was advised to me so I still don't know what is happening

Apalling customer service - not received my subscription copy for three weeks.
Odd weeks of missing issues up to Xmas, now worse than ever - issues just NOT being sent. I have now not received any issues for the whole of April (3 issues missing - 6th, 13th and 20th).
No UK customer complaints, just an Indian call centre with staff using fake European names. Appalling customer service - how do I get my money back for issues paid for and not sent ???
Received an e-mail confirming that my sub copies were not being sent to me - promised to correct the problem - still NOT corrected - this is just plain theft - taking money and not sending out the goods. Ending my Sub - just too much aggravation and lies from the call centre.
Get this sorted out with UK customer services and get the distribution sorted out. Stop stealing from your customers Magazines Direct - I am now making a report to trading standards to get my money back.Don't get a subscription unless you want aggravation

Where are my magazines for 6th AND 13th April?
My subscription number is 3284****, last week I reported my MISSING magazine for 6th April - replacement has STILL not arrived, and AGAIN this week NO MAGAZINE for 13th April - what are you playing at ??? My subscription does not end until 4th MAY edition - MAY, not April.
For God's sake get this sorted out, this is an utter shambles - and you wonder why people are cancelling their subscriptions.
GET my magazine OUT TO ME - NO EXCUSES - Get them to me . Yours D Scott.
