Poor customer service
took my vehicle into country chevrolet in annandale mn,to get the oil changed.the service tech incorrectly set the rear arms on the lift.as he raised my vehicle,the rear arms on the jack cut through the rocker panels and crushed them.the service advisor failed to tell me about the damage they had caused.when i confronted them they blamed all the damage on rust.told me they offered great customer service.after trying gm customer service,and the better business bureau,i had to turn this in to my auto insurance company.can you imagine trying to explain how your vehicle had an accident with a floor jack? the insurance company adjuster fully inspected my vehicle,took lots of pictures,and determined,what little bit of rust present on my vehicle,had nothing to do with the damage he found.since he determined the damage was caused by incorrectly lifting the vehicle,the insurance company will be going after country chevrolet for payment.this incident took place june 18 2013.and the owners of this dealership still refuse to repair the damage their service department caused.i cannot imagine ever buying a new or used vehicle here,or ever having any thing serviced here again.i thought this was a reputable business,boy was i wrong.

took my car in for an oil change,service tech incorrectly jacked my car,causing over 4000.00 dollars in damages to the under body of the car.the dealer offered 500.00 dollars for appearance damage,but would not repair the damages to the underbody.the fact that the dealer failed to notify me of the damages,shows a poor level of concern for their customers,and makes me wonder about the quality of their work.since this is my second bad experience at country chevrolet,i thought i would this along.if you have any work done here,check your car before you leave for any damages,because they will not tell you.
