Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We worked with an attorney, a private arrangement was reached , where both parties had their individual issues addressed. We are satisfied with this agreement, and removing this review is our part in the resolution, thank you for all your support!
As stated you have the wrong company, I only reviewed Countertop Solutions in Cleveland Ohio.
The company never informed us that our chosen slab wasn't available in a size large enough to ensure a seamless look. This only became evident after installation when we noticed a large gap caused by the countertop being cut too short.
The installation itself was riddled with problems. The seam was poorly executed, leaving an unsightly gap filled with an unsuitable material. Our cabinets were damaged, the installed sink was stained and scratched, and the faucet had a visible gap not shown in any of the product images.
To make matters worse, we have now discovered discoloration around the edges of the countertop, further indicating material defects or poor installation.
Due to these issues, we had to hire another company to replace the countertop, resulting in an additional expense of over $7,400.
When we requested a refund, Max, the owner, claimed that the company does not provide refunds. However, we discovered evidence that contradicts this policy, as other dissatisfied customers have received refunds in the past.
In light of these numerous issues and the lack of customer service, I strongly advise anyone considering Countertop Solutions to think twice before using their services.
