Sometimes hard to contact.
I need to make changes to my sons gift subscription.
I added my sons email address separately after I set it up (immediately after I did it) after setting up my gift to him for one year but I want HIM to be able to make any acct changes incl frequency and coffee preferences by giving you all his info. I simply want to pay for what he orders.
His first order (123****) already shipped and thats good.
Im trying to call your customer svc dept directly to be sure you have his email so he can get notifications, etc.
