I agree with the other review. They are truly the worse.
They have workers who DO NOT know what they are doing. They mess up your system more than fix it. They then walk around, wathcing their clock cause they charge by the HOUR.
They don't even give you an estimate! They will then argue over every PENNY they charge you.

Hi, I usually hate reviews but I gotta tell you these guys at COTTAM HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING are CROOKS. Gargage service!
They took our $ 9,000.00 to put in a new unit and we was on vacation when this happen so when we come back we know its NOT NEW unit, they lied to us.
tHEY SAID yes, but we check the seriol number and we call the manufacturer so they confirm USED!!
These are liars, they in big trouble and lots of lawsuits against them.
They are vary bad people. And the poor guys who works for them they say they cheap, pay very bad salary and they use people who dDONT KNOW WHAT they doing.

Cottam Heating and Air Conditioning is a complete hoax, scam artists in the first degree! They were paid $ 9,000.00 to install a new unit and we was on vacation when they install it and when we saw it was a USED unit they say it wasn't beut we track down the serial number and IT WAS.!!!
They are liars.
We then paid extra to replace it and they refuse to even consider giving me ONE DOLLARS. complete fxxxxx garbage human beings.
