These guys are terrible

Very poor customer service. I bought a costume and it arrived while I was traveling on business.

When I got home and tried it on I and realized it was too big. I tried to return it but they said it was too late. I tried to explain that I was traveling, but they said it didn't matter. I told them I wasn't asking for my money back, just to exchange for a different size.

They still refused. I told them their customer service sucks.

Jesus, take your business elsewhere. It's pretty clear they don't want it.
