I cannot identify my plant. I would like a knowledgeable employee.
I spoke with a girl who was very helpful & so smart. She really new a lot about plants. I dont remember her name. It was not a common name.
If she could call me, that would be awesome!!! Thank you!

My planter was cracked
When received my planter was cracked. Plant looks great tho. Would love to be sent a new ceramic planter like the one it came in

My planter was cracked
When I received today the plant was great but the actual ceramic planter was cracked down the side. I dont want a refund. I just want the ceramic planter that fits the plant and stand replaced

It was s very poorly packaged, the leaves were drooping and now its dead!!!
I have tried to contact Costa Farms an to date have received no response. This is unacceptable and terrible. I would like to get a refund or a new thriving plant.
