When I received today the plant was great but the actual ceramic planter was cracked down the side. I dont want a refund. I just want the ceramic planter that fits the plant and stand replaced

It was s very poorly packaged, the leaves were drooping and now its dead!!!
I have tried to contact Costa Farms an to date have received no response. This is unacceptable and terrible. I would like to get a refund or a new thriving plant.
