Shipping delays

Said 10-15 day shipping then lost my package, been stuck "in transit" for the past week with any scans at any other mail facility.

Want to cancel my order

I give ZERO stars. I placed a order on Cossky's online website.

I never received a confirmation email or anything. I can see the money came out of my bank account. I can't find a phone number to request a refund.

It said my order would be here in seven days. I made a bad choice, ordering from a company with a bad reputation.

Haven't received the product

I ordered the product last month on the 13th. It got shipped to Chicago, and then Missouri, and back to Chicago again.

However, it has never arrived. What is going on with the mail and why hasn't it arrived? It has been over a month. I've sent quite a few emails but nobody has replied.

Quite frankly, this is bad for business. There was no issue in receiving the payment, so where is my product?
