Trying to get a refund
Shocking company to deal with. They have lied on their site with regards to times and delivery.
Ive asked for a refund on items x 7 emails have been sent regarding a refund and they are avoiding all communication.
Fraud company and no one should order from them. Scam site and shocking customer service.

They haven’t responded to my email about a refund
They blocked my email still without a refundDONT BUY FROM THEM
They still haven’t refunded my money and they also haven’t reached out to me at all. Don’t buy from this company they will scam you!!!
The costume was tighter than I expected, so I emailed to get a refund and there was no response. They said to contact within two days, but it's already been a day with no response.

No refund
Its been nearly 6 weeks , I havent got my refund , one week they tell me it is stuck in customs, than this week they tell me they cant find my info , my whole expert its this delivery ,package contents was a disappointment from the start , I want my refund and they are doing everything to not give it to me, Im a pissed consumer

I made a order for 200$ and never received a order confirmation or info to traci my package, and their is no way of getting ahold of company by phone, Ive sent emails and no response.

Failure to contact Cosplaysky for refund!
Earlier this month I ordered one product from CosplaySkyan E-mail c.However, I no longer need it since I previously ordered and received the item several months ago.. I previously sent CosplaySky an E-mail cancelling the order.
However, they still shipped the item and sit arrived yesterday 23 April 2019...
I desire to return the unopened package for a refund as per CosplaySky's return policy. I have not received any communication from them.......

Happy shopping experience on cosplaysky
Three months ago, I bought Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace Padme Amidala Cosplay Costume at cosplaysky. I received them before long.
I found cosplaysky store occasionally. I bought some costumes from cosplaysky. I was very satisfied when I received them. Fantastic!
Amusing! It's a happy experience! And after that, I loved cosplaysky. I paid extra for a custom order and they ended up sending me a genaric suit.
they corrected their mistake and sent me the tailored size for $30 shipping and allowed me to keep the generic suit they sent by mistake. This was extremely helpful. The suit is amazing with real metal parts. leatherette looks and feels awesome.
Thank you so much!Whenever I want to buy something about cosplay costumes, I'll come to cosplaysky. Their cosplay costumes are attractive. How much I like!
