Trying to get a refund

Shocking company to deal with. They have lied on their site with regards to times and delivery. Ive asked for a refund on items x 7 emails have been sent regarding a refund and they are avoiding all communication. Fraud company and no one should order from them. Scam site and shocking customer service.

They still haven’t refunded my money and they also haven’t reached out to me at all. Don’t buy from this company they will scam you!!!

The costume was tighter than I expected, so I emailed to get a refund and there was no response. They said to contact within two days, but it's already been a day with no response.

No refund

Its been nearly 6 weeks , I havent got my refund , one week they tell me it is stuck in customs, than this week they tell me they cant find my info , my whole expert its this delivery ,package contents was a disappointment from the start , I want my refund and they are doing everything to not give it to me, Im a pissed consumer

No responce

I have emailed twice in the last couple of days with no response. Are you a legitimate retailer or do you need to be reported.

User's recommendation: As of now would say do not order from this website. I've put in 2 inquiries of an order of over $200 with no response.

I made a order for 200$ and never received a order confirmation or info to traci my package, and their is no way of getting ahold of company by phone, Ive sent emails and no response.
