I feel it vital that someone in authority is made aware of the disgusting practice that apparently is acceptable in cosmos aberdeen, my wife are i were celebrating a family event and as is usual we went to cosmos in aberdeen as is our usual practice, what met us after around 45 minutes beggars belief.
A family of 4/5 adults and 5 kids were sat 5/6 tables away from as and the adults were chatting away and having a great night but their kids were running riot in the restaurant, causing mayhem, bumping into people carrying hot food bumping into tables spilling drink and the adults let them continue, i went ip to get some food from the asian mains, to witness 2 girls from the party sampling food with their bare hand and then spitting it back into the tray it came from.
I approached a young female staff member and informed her what id just seen but she wasn't interested in and way , so my wife and i left, informing the young lady in red who took our payment about our displeasure at the events and the lack of reaction from the staff, but i got the feeling she did nit understand the severity of my words, we went back to our hotel and i contacted the restaurant directly and was basically told heres 15% off your next visit, so i requested cosmos head office email and / telephone number which the assistant manager refused to do, this may have been a one off but i expected action taken but as a restaurant manager with over 40 years experience i demand better standards than cosmos aberdeen provide , and i would fire any of my staff who treated any customer with such disregard and i urge you to provide training for all your staff in the art of customer service.
