Horrible Customer Service

I have purchased around ten software programs and it has been very challenging or even impossible to obtain any helpful, timely, or respectful tech support. I agree that they are mainly interested in sales, and often do not take care of any tech issues after the sale is made.

Fei Cochrane is a very difficult person to work with and unfortunately, there is no one else to get technical support at this company. This is a shame because the software is expensive.

PISSED and ROBBED

I bought a program them, it was emailed to me and it would NOT install. I followed their installation instructions to a T.

After 7 FAILED attempts I asked for a refund as I NEVER got the download installed.

I purchased another program from another company and it installed perfectly!

I had the program for Cosmic Patterns for UNDER 24 hours and they have refused my refund so far.

So YES I am pissed! I got NOTHING and it cost me 100.00 and ROBBED

I bought four programs from them and never got them fully functional. They then told me I had to pay another $25.00 to "upgrade" them.

I did. Nothing works to this day and Fei in technical support seems to have either no idea what these programs are supposed to do, how to fix them or. more likely she might not even care once they have your money.

Waste of time and money. Find another astrology software distributor!

Fei was very rude, curt, condescending, and dismissive. Each and every time I've had to deal with an issue through her, it has been terrible.

It sounds like she is angry doing that job.

She seems to think everyone is as tech-savvy as she is, and so talks down to you if you are not. The worst!

Agreed! I had the same experience.

I really do not think they know what they are doing and their programs are glitchy and unreliable, *IF* you can get them to install at all! ADVICE: Find a different company for your astrology software needs!

You'll be glad you did. Matrix programs LOOK nice, but they are not worth the money or time you will put into them trying to get them to properly run.

I totally agree, I love their products but their customer service is terrible. It is very slow and difficult to buy anything from their site.

Every time I have to deal with them is very frustrating. This last time Fei actually was nice and did resolve my problem.

Quickly did u get emailed to turn off all privacy settings in your settings and safety tab I find this weird.
