Still ignored after one year waiting
After the complaint, a customer representative from the company contacted me and promise to follow up. However, around months passed, there are no follow ups.
Moreover, emails sent to the company were being ignored continuously.
Again, the company broke its service promise! Please help to follow up and uphold the justice.

No sales office and product quality in doubt
The stone naturally comes out with unknown white spots, I doubt it is the polishing problem from the supplier. Never see stones like this which might be caused by covering coating from the supplier.
As time goes by, the coating diminished, so the defects appeared and showed.
Require the supplier to give explanations and solutions. the worst scenario is to exchange a new one for me.
