My order was sent and paid for . FedEx in Dublin say they have delivered it but I have not recieved it

The cost of cream and delivery by FedEx has come from my bank account and this is not satisfactory .

Please advise when I will receive my order

Not happy for being billed without prior notice

i received only a tube of cosmedique cream supposed to be on free trial. I was shocked that I was billed us$187.50.from my credit card.

Unless a refund of this amount is paid back to me I will lodge a police complaint as I feel that I am cheated ,

Billing

I paid for your Cosmetique Beauty cream on 5/5/2018 for a free trial of one month.

However, I was billed $187.00 on 5/19/2918 that is only 14 days. I would like someone to call me at (631) 329-**** regarding this issue.

I would also like you to give me credit for the $187.00 and bill me in two weeks, I haven't even made up my mind if I want to keep using it or not. I didn't realize the price of the product (in the tiny print) until it was too late.

They stopped my order for no reason

I had an account with them for 5 years.A monthly order came every month.I paid as soon as I got it.For some reason they just stopped sending my order.I called they gave me the run around and said they would get back to me.I called again 2 weeks later the same thing.I sent emails.I asked them if they just didnt want my account because the price was so cheap.They handled it like they did not want my business.They posted a charge on my account and claimed it was shipped a month went by no order.I think they are going broke
