Hi guys, what is going on with my refund? I've sent you 100 emails.

Can someone reply to me? This is unacceptable! Is my money okay? This is very disappointing!

I have already returned my order and it was received 4 to 5 days ago because Royal Mail sent me a photo confirming it was delivered! So, why are you guys just ignoring me? Can I know when I will receive my refund?

Or do I need to come there myself to the base to ask? Thanks.
