Poor service scam
Purchased a Groupon for glp-1 prescription for this company. I was supposed to receive a consultation with the doctor.
I was never contacted but suddenly had a message in the portal on their site from the "doctor ". After several days of waiting I called to ask when my prescription would be sent
I was told that I needed labs done first. This was not disclosed on the website, Groupon or any other information provided. I have since contacted the company for a refund 3 times since 4/11.
Each time I am told that they are escalating to their internal team, I will receive the refund 24-48 hours and I will receive a message on the portal informing me that the refund has been issued. I still haven't received the refund or any communication from the company
