We recently purchased 2 Lumenis lasers and an Emsculpt. Our purchase prices were far less than buying new, and we could not see ourselves spending hundreds of thousands of dollars purchasing new.
We were a little apprehensive at first, but finally committed to buying pre-owned.
We have been very happy with the equipment, we have had zero service issues and would definitely recommend to anyone to buy used. It has made our business more profitable from the start.

- - Purchased 4 devices and warranties; started with VelaShape repairs, then expanded to repair all lasers and cut repair budgets in half.
We recently purchased 4 devices and warranties for our existing lasers. We have 43 Candela GentleMax Pros, and 8 /in Modes, 4 CoolSculpts, 4 Candela Co2's, 4 Picoways, and Syneron VelaShape 3's.
We originally contracted them to repair our VelaShapes, then decided to purchase more lasers, and utilize their repair services for all our lasers. The lasers we purchased pre owed are great, and they have cut out repair and service budgets in half.
We are very please with both the lasers and even more so with the service and repair dept. We can certainly recommend them highly.

Stolen M-22 Laser handpiece
- - Tech claimed parts were unavailable and would return in 2 weeks.
- - Hand piece 8800, $3400 paid by credit card; not returned.
The tech that came to NV to repair our laser stated that he did not have the parts with him but he would repair the piece and return in 2 weeks this never happened and we paid them on the day they cam for the service in full for nothing. We have tried to get our hand piece back and spoke to Dave and the representatives and still have not returned
our hand piece this is an 8800 hand piece and we paid the company 3400 via credit card.I have given the company a 10 day notice and I will have to take things further. Do yourself a favor look up those reviews below, I am not the only one that has been stolen from during this investigation!!!

- - Machine arrived like new, tested, and we paid half price.
- - Trained staff a full day on use and selling tips.
We purchased a Sciton Joule with HALO, BBL, ST2, Pro-Fractional XC, and Micro Laser Peel. WE paid half the price of Sciton, the machine arrived and looked like new, I could not tell the difference.
They set up the machine first and tested it and made sure the machine was 100% before we even started. They then spent a FULL day and I mean 10 Plus hours training our staff not only how to use the machine, but also about selling, and managing, and business tips.
We have been beyond happy and would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased Velashape 3 and a Fractional Co2 laser for our new center (number 2) and the machines were delivered by a technician who set them up, tested them for us. And even trained us on the use of them.
We bought new for our first center, but never again. Pre-owned is the wasy to go.

We went and saw these guys and their facility and they must have had 100 lasers there and the place was like laser heaven. We loved it.
Changed our minds about buying pre-owned
- - They own 5 med spas.
- - They bought a pore owned laser for under half price; it seemed the same.
- - It included warranty, shipping, and no tax.
We own 5 med spas and had always purchased new lasers, we decided to take a chance purchasing a pore owned laser (same make and model as we had already from new purchases). We paid less than half the price and the system was basically the same exact thing.
They also gave us warranty, included shipping and delivery, as well no sales tax. Heard all the scare tactics, and they worked for a while, but now we know better.
Buying new is a way to save precious capital

- - Red flags: no address on site or invoices; undeliverable address; uses multiple names.
Please don't fall for the fake deals they try to sell you. They will scam you!
We were blessed enough to walk away right on time after we got suspicious with few red flags (no adress on website, no name or adress on the official invoices or proposals, they provided adress that was undeliverable, did not match with the name of the business) we did an extensive rea search of the company and asked for business credentials. Found out SAM David Lehrer (uses both names) has been arrested numerous times and scammed a lot of people.
He keeps changing name of the company and adress. Be aware of the smooth talking it s all ***
We also had a great experience. The fist customer is a little confusing but either way they are great. No bs, and super professional.

Surprised we had our Sciton repaired, they did a great job, rep the power supply, did a full service on the machine, it was literally a fraction of the cost though Sciton. We had a great experience and would certainly use them again.
