Very Happy Customer
We purchased a V-Beam perfecta and the machine arrived ahead of schedule, they came and unpacked the machine and set it up for us. They even trained two of our new nurses, and spent the day helping them treat.
We've purchased new lasers in the past and didnt get this level of service.
Highly recommend.

We purchased an Emsculpt from these people and had a wonderful experience. The machine arrived on time, perfectly, and they even came and serviced it for us. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Stolen M-22 Laser handpiece
The tech that came to NV to repair our laser stated that he did not have the parts with him but he would repair the piece and return in 2 weeks this never happened and we paid them on the day they cam for the service in full for nothing. We have tried to get our hand piece back and spoke to Dave and the representatives and still have not returned
our hand piece this is an 8800 hand piece and we paid the company 3400 via credit card.I have given the company a 10 day notice and I will have to take things further. Do yourself a favor look up those reviews below, I am not the only one that has been stolen from during this investigation!!!

Excellent job
We purchased a Sciton from them and they delivered COD, they did a full on site training and certification and we paid less than 50% of Sciton new. Highly recommend.

We recently also set up a complete new OR in our practice. We purchased everything from these guys, tables, chairs, anesthesia machines, lasers, liposuction equipment and even lights and some disposables.
We delivered everything perfectly, on time, and installed everything.

We purchased a Cutera XEO with several hand pieces. All arrived as expected, they then sent an on site trainer that had worked for Cutera even, who trained us completely.
Everything works perfectly, she has been available post sale to answer question even day and night.
WE have been really pleased, and feel they helped us really be ready to open. Thank you.

Terrific service and VERY knowledgeable People
We purchased a Sciton Joule with HALO, BBL, ST2, Pro-Fractional XC, and Micro Laser Peel. WE paid half the price of Sciton, the machine arrived and looked like new, I could not tell the difference.
They set up the machine first and tested it and made sure the machine was 100% before we even started. They then spent a FULL day and I mean 10 Plus hours training our staff not only how to use the machine, but also about selling, and managing, and business tips.
We have been beyond happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Very Professional and Knowledgable
We purchased Velashape 3 and a Fractional Co2 laser for our new center (number 2) and the machines were delivered by a technician who set them up, tested them for us. And even trained us on the use of them.
We bought new for our first center, but never again. Pre-owned is the wasy to go.

Changed our minds about buying pre-owned
We own 5 med spas and had always purchased new lasers, we decided to take a chance purchasing a pore owned laser (same make and model as we had already from new purchases). We paid less than half the price and the system was basically the same exact thing.
They also gave us warranty, included shipping and delivery, as well no sales tax. Heard all the scare tactics, and they worked for a while, but now we know better.
Buying new is a way to save precious capital

I placed a complaint against samuel lehrer and cosmetic laser only a year ago. since then this has been taken care off by Mr Lahrer .
I respectfully request that you remove the following the following post. Our issue has been completely resolved, we do not want this post to continue to be up. We realize how much these can truly affect people, and we have been fully taken care of.
Can you PLEASE remove this at your earliest convenience. We do not want to disparage or hurt anyone.

Please don't fall for the fake deals they try to sell you. They will scam you!
We were blessed enough to walk away right on time after we got suspicious with few red flags (no adress on website, no name or adress on the official invoices or proposals, they provided adress that was undeliverable, did not match with the name of the business) we did an extensive rea search of the company and asked for business credentials. Found out SAM David Lehrer (uses both names) has been arrested numerous times and scammed a lot of people.
He keeps changing name of the company and adress. Be aware of the smooth talking it s all ***
We also had a great experience. The fist customer is a little confusing but either way they are great. No bs, and super professional.

We went and saw these guys and their facility and they must have had 100 lasers there and the place was like laser heaven. We loved it.
