Finally found a number to call that ANSWERED the phone. I wasn't supposed to pay shipping, yet my email receipt showed it. Very nice lady answered and took care of it in a minute. Main problem? Finding a correct number was like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Worst Customer Service ever

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE UNWILLING TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS. THEY DON'T REPLY EMAILS, THEY ARE EXTERMELY RUDE AND NASTY PAID ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR UPS SERVICE BUT GETTING ITEMS 11 DAYS AFTER PURCHASED; LiLash NEVER DISCLOSED THIS DELAY THEY SHOULD CALL CUSTOMERS TO CONFIRM IF WILLING TO WAIT 11 DAYS BEFORE THEY JUST SHIP THE ITEM.
