The girl who served the food was sweeping all around us while we ate. The soup was cold.

The pizza was cold and had almost no cheese on it. We ordered 2 salads and only got 1. The girl that took the order was sniffling and sneezing. She wiped her nose with her hands.

Took my money then brought our food. This is the second time I had a bad experience here. Im not giving them any more chances. I'm done with cosi.

Had similar experience in Avon ct. I would suggest standing there and monitoring your order because it might be ready and the staff is to busy talking to notice.

This past summer i worked as a barista for the cosi restaurant in my area. it was the worst decision of my life.

The management would blame their mistakes on barista's. They do not properly train new workers. What bothered me the most is that they allowed food to sit out all day. I will never eat there after what I saw the oven line staff do to food.

The last week i worked there there was a sudden death in my family of a close relative. I went into talk to my boss about my shift and i was still required to work. As a 20 year old college student working part time no job is more important than family.

i quit immediately. I still haven't recieved my last pay check from them.
