They Sold me fake Gucci bag

Since the feeling of holding this bag wasnt that great. The latest news make me shocked as soon I heard news it clicked in mind that this bag is definitely fake.

Horrible customer service and items are fake

Purchased a YSL back end of February only to discover it was a fake. Customer service do not answer phones and email is always the same - send back the item to be re-authenicated.
No way - they will reauthenicae a genuine bag and send out a fake one.
There are hundreds of complaints as seen on A Current Affair program on Channel 9. This company needs to stop trading and refund people their money

The worst company I have ever come across

Hi ,Nancy you may want to check your items for Authenticity. Cosette have been all over the media here in Australia for selling Superfakes.
I bought a YSL bag from them in June and when the media stories came out had my bag independently authenticated and it came back as non authentic. I then took my bag to a Saint Laurent store and the manager allowed me to do a side by side comparison and take pictures.
