Terrible. Zero stars if I could.
The sales manager was supposed to call me back at the beginning of the week but no call. Not likely a call would have accimpkished anything T the sales level.
It needs to go higher up if anyrhing! This company is 100% shadey.

It's a bottom line issue. Buyer beware.
One shouldn't have to bring a mechanic to an evening appointment but beware! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Save yourself the trouble, extra money to fix undisclosed issues and just stay away from this company and all their dealerships. Hoping my story will help save others.
I will never purchase another vehicle from these shady crooks. I hope my experience can help others from getting scammed by a money hungry, dishonest dealership.
The service department did not dilligently do their jobs and aspects were hidden. The tire monitor system came on not 20 miles on my way home, it's at least one bad tire sensor. The check engine light came on the very next day. I have a code reader and pulled up the codes.
What the service department does is resets the system and hopes the the dont come on when the consumer is goung through purchase. The sun/moonroof is junk. I found out going through the car wash the other day. The gears and pulleys in it are broken and it was partially stuck open at a kinked angle.
In looking at the top you can see where someone chinked up the paint bad with a screwdriver. The switch even had a piece of black electrical tape over it! I tried contacting the salesman and all I got was lies and bs yesterday. I contacted the dealership through chat and was told a sales manager would call me.
This is all documented. The salesman even said i had the vehicle for 4 months when actually it was almost 2 months to the day.
I am disabled!! I cannot afford fixes that should have been done and were purposely hidden!
Preferred solution: Fix the issues they intently hidden and never disclosed! The sun/moonroof alone is an expensive fix for me to pay for. Plus the other items.

Corwin Toyota of Boulder, CO is trying to force me into a fraudulent used car purchase after lying to me; misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle has a toxic interior which has been causing me serious health issues.
I was falsely (lied too) told by the dealership that I was only smelling cleaning chemicals which would dissipate in a day or two.
Management has absolutely refused to allow me to return the vehicle as requested and has been combative and insulting towards me. I am surprised at the indecency of the employees working here and the inhumane treatment of potential customers.
Absolutely shameful and unlawful business practices.

You bought a car AS-IS. You should of had a third party inspection before you bought it.
You have no case unless you can prove fraud. Every you described is not fraud/ If you truly knew cars you would know that is the default position on used cars.
You must work for Corwin or lack any morals as they do. You'd be pissed too.
They claim to have a 50 point inspection.
But, let's just find another mechanic at 6pm at night on a cold night in January. Your lack of humanity is undesired.
