I ordered a head light moter, after two weeks nothing,so I order from some other place, it was here in 5 days then I get charged one month later, sending it back,want my money back.

My technician ordered an upper and lower control arm for both sides of my C2 Corvette. CC had no delay in taking our money right after we ordered which was placed May 10, 2023.
Monthly follow ups got the same response. "It will be shipped next month." CC clearly uses a third party manufacturer and would not contact supplier and ask the question 'why the delay'. CC made a business decision to keep their customers in the dark. I want to make it clear that anything 'not in stock' WILL NOT SHIP NEXT MONTH!!!
I cancelled my order October 24, 2023 and will not use CC for anything in the future.
I have since contacted Eckler's and they have in stock and will have to me by end of week! Please go to Eckler's with your business.

I need a C 4 parts book
I have no complaint I had a I had a great response to some parts I was looking for the only thing is its hard to get through on your telephone lines

Ordered item twice and have been waiting almost a year for it?!
Ordered a front clip over 2 years ago and waited almost a year to no avail. Was told due to covid they didn't know when it would be available, so I canceled it.
Waited another year and call the company that makes it for them and he said he could get it out in 3 weeks, so I ordered it. Well, it's 9 months later and still no front cap!
If corvette central can't deliver an item, then don't advertise it. I also posted a review about it on their website and they deleted it.

Shipped to the wrong address
Charge again for shipping after shipping to the wrong address.
They shipped it to the wrong address and wanted me to pay for shipping again for another part. What a rip off this company is, do not deal with them.

Worst Experience Ever
They claim they had several parts in stock that I ordered. A week goes by with no tracking info emailed to me.
I call in, oops we didn’t have half your order, sorry forgot to let you know. They are so cheap, they wouldn’t send out the rest of the items because that would require extra shipping. I’m fact it was the customer service supervisor who seemed to be the worst one, out of all the agents I spoke with.
3 weeks later, no parts, no tracking. What a joke.
HORRIBLE
ordered a part, found out they dO NOT STOCK IT, NEVER MENTIONED THIS BEFORE I PURCHASE it. would come from some other company, when it came it was wrong, then they thought I did not know what I ordered, Told me to send them all kinds of pictures, they did not care that the tag on the box stated that I did not get what I ordered, said the part no.
on the package did not matter, because it was different then there part number. then I sent it back that took days AND DAYS until they sent me a email saying that they would send me what I ordered, no date when I would receive it, nothing.
then about a week later it showed up, at the wrong shipping address,? this haS BEEN THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE SERVICE THAT I CAN THINK OF, WILL NEVER BUT FROM CORVETTE CENTRAL AGAIN
Wrong parts
spent a ton of money and get wrong parts. last time i deal with corvette central.
ill go back to ecklers at least they get me the right parts. i purchased an air box for a blower motor with ac . there blind *** employees who most likely smoked some kind of drug this morning send one for a blower motor without ac....really theres a huge difference between the two.
my 13 year old grand daughter is looking for a job she can read English..and your customer service says wont ship right part till you get wrong part back? im not the person who shipped the wrong part
Do they really have any parts?
I ordered a front end rebuild kit for my 1994 C4 on July 5th. Received a notice of shipment of July 14th, only notice that I got from Corvette Centeral.
When the parts had not arrived by the end of July I called to inquire and was told that they would be in by August 27. When I still had not heard from CC or received the parts that I ordered I again called. This time I was told that the parts are expected September 14. I canceled the order.
I had looked at CC cataloges many times and was excited to order from them. Summer is over and I don't have what I needed.
Maybe Ecklers are a little more concerned with customers. Delwin Green

I placed an order online and 75% of my order was on back order even though the website stated that it was in stock.
I received 2 separate shipping dates for one of the products ordered and it never shipped on either date. I sent a few emails and contacted them by phone a few times and they were defensive and rude to say the least.
3 weeks later I call once again and ask for the status on my order and was told someone would get back to me asap and let me know what was going on with the parts and when they would become available, they never called me back. I then called and requested a refund and the lady was rude about the whole ordeal as if I was inconveniencing them with my refund.
The overall experience was stressful and time consuming, if you are shopping for corvette parts shop elsewhere.
