I am trying to do a Notice to CREDITORS
MY MOM DIED ON MARCH 21, 2025. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FILE A NOTICE TO CREDITORS WITH THE CORVALLIS GAZETTE TIMES BUT NOBODY AT THE GAZETTE TIMES SEEMS TO KNOW WHO TO GET A HOLD OF TO FILE THAT FORM.
I NEED TO HAVE A HUMAN NOT A COMPUTER HOW TO DO THAT. I NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO. I'VE BEEN FIGHTING WITH YOUR WHOLE SYSTEM TRYING TO GET THIS DONE.
THEY ALL TELL ME THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CONTACT.
DON'T YOU TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING WHEN YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED TO HELP ANYONE.

Preferred solution: I WANT TO GET MY MOM'S NOTICE TO CREDITORS PUBLISHED. I AM THE EXECUTOR OF HER ESTATE AND I'M NOT GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HER BILLS DUE THE INCOMPETENCE OF YOUR COMPANY. I LIVE IN CANBY, OREGON AND THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF NOW.
