Unreliable and Unethical Business Practices

Fleetcor Funding (ARCO) Unreliable and Unethical Business Practices

Our company had a payment due by 02/05/2025, but on 01/30/2025, Fleetcor Funding (ARCO) suddenly locked all our companys fuel cards without warning, leaving us in a difficult situation. When we contacted customer support, we were met with confusing and unhelpful responses.

The representatives, who sounded like they were from an offshore call center, kept blaming their AI system instead of providing real assistance.

The entire interaction felt sketchy and unprofessionalalmost like speaking to a scam operation. While Im not saying they are running a scam, the way they handled the situation made it seem like they had experience with deceptive practices.

No one ever followed up or resolved the issue, showing a complete lack of accountability.

If your business depends on fleet cards, stay away from Fleetcor Funding (ARCO). Their unreliable service and unresponsive customer support can put your operations at serious risk.

They won't cash my payment

I have mailed them 2 bills, neither have posted to my account, first one was 2 months ago, the second was sent a month ago. I already get the "high risk credit fee" that they bestowed upon me this time last year after they did the same thing.

I send the payments on time with PLENTY of time to get there. The women who keep calling me apparently aren't documenting our conversations correctly. We are closing our account what a nightmare. I ask them how many other people they do this to and they say no one, I'm the only customer that hasn't paid.

It is not my fault! Stay far away! Their online portal sucks, their customer service sucks, my initial rep sucks.

They are nice to you but they are a waste of your time and money! It's a scam!

Just Horrible to work with. Awful customer service.

If I could give them a zero, I absolutely would! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

We have been trying to get our account information updated for the last 10 months so that we can get access online. They completely refuse to help, but insist on us paying when we don't even have the ability to review the charges. The owner of the company even called, and they would not allow him access or the ability to update our information. I really cannot believe how unprofessional this company is.

It's extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Just horrible - stay away.

Save yourself the hassle and frustration, and do not go with FleetCor!! And we still don't have access to our account.
