Our company had a payment due by 02/05/2025, but on 01/30/2025, Fleetcor Funding (ARCO) suddenly locked all our companys fuel cards without warning, leaving us in a difficult situation. When we contacted customer support, we were met with confusing and unhelpful responses.
The representatives, who sounded like they were from an offshore call center, kept blaming their AI system instead of providing real assistance.
The entire interaction felt sketchy and unprofessionalalmost like speaking to a scam operation. While Im not saying they are running a scam, the way they handled the situation made it seem like they had experience with deceptive practices.
No one ever followed up or resolved the issue, showing a complete lack of accountability.
If your business depends on fleet cards, stay away from Fleetcor Funding (ARCO). Their unreliable service and unresponsive customer support can put your operations at serious risk.

If I could give them a zero, I absolutely would! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
We have been trying to get our account information updated for the last 10 months so that we can get access online. They completely refuse to help, but insist on us paying when we don't even have the ability to review the charges. The owner of the company even called, and they would not allow him access or the ability to update our information. I really cannot believe how unprofessional this company is.
It's extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Just horrible - stay away.
Save yourself the hassle and frustration, and do not go with FleetCor!! And we still don't have access to our account.

They won't cash my payment
- - Two mailed bills were not posted to my account.
- - I pay on time with time to spare.
- - They charge a high risk credit fee.
I have mailed them 2 bills, neither have posted to my account, first one was 2 months ago, the second was sent a month ago. I already get the "high risk credit fee" that they bestowed upon me this time last year after they did the same thing.
I send the payments on time with PLENTY of time to get there. The women who keep calling me apparently aren't documenting our conversations correctly. We are closing our account what a nightmare. I ask them how many other people they do this to and they say no one, I'm the only customer that hasn't paid.
It is not my fault! Stay far away! Their online portal sucks, their customer service sucks, my initial rep sucks.
They are nice to you but they are a waste of your time and money! It's a scam!

- - Charged $535.77 to a deposit on my gas card; it should have been deducted.
- - Check issued in business name; reissue in my name.
I used my gas card built it up to double my deposit before my equipment failed at the time I used $535.77 in gas on my last trip and since I put a deposit on the gas from the start I figured Id pay the 535.77 soon as I could well this was Aug of 22 by Jan 23 collections was calling even tho they should have deducted the amount owed from the deposit causing them to take more then they should have along with sending check in my business name which I cant cash bc accounts closed now I need them to reissue check in my name instead of business name and they have done nothing but make the process a living *** about returning my money or getting the right people on the phone to fix the problem promptly and efficiently due to the time that has passed

- - Dispute was denied; plan to pursue legal action.
On January 19, 2023, there was fraudulent activity in my account (in one day, they pomped $427.51 and $289.77 in Diesel fuel within a few minutes) at Noth Hollywood ARCO gas station, and I responded immediately to their email and made a call; the person on the phone said don't worry we will remove the charges, a week later, I received the statement, and those two charges still have not been dismissed, I called again, but this time person indicates I have to file a dispute form which I did, three days later I received the email, and they denied my request. I will file legal charges against ARCO and fleetcor
I have never been to North Hollywood in the past ten years. I live in Newport Beach, CA.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!!!
Nobody at this company has any idea of what they do. I have tried no more than a dozen times to get an issue fixed with no avail. They send you in circles or just hang up on you.
