I want my refund because I did not get my order delivered.
The driver left a msg I was not aware of. I continued to work in this extremely busy heroic environment.
I waited and no food. When I checked my phone to call, I then notice a cancelled msg from driver because of address confusion. This my 2nd time ordering from this app. I was so pleased with the first service.
This time Uber took my order never delivered or called. Then stole my money right in my face. I am a senior citizen and not computer savvy. I want my money back immediately to my account which only has a few dollars in it.

Cornerstone Hospital
Her eyes is no longer red
My daughter Teresa Finley is in Cornerstone Hospital it is the same as Kindred Hospital. I can tell she needs a bathe and they is keeping her drug up.
her eye is red I was in tears. Cornerstone is no better than Kindred. I did not want her to go there I wanted her to stay at Park Plaza Hospital they have critical care on the third floor, but her insurance proof or her to go to Cornerstone. She is getting worse not better before she left Kindred she was talking but now they keep her sleeping.
Kindred had her on the wrong feeding and she was not kept clean. Cornerstone( people do not let your love ones go there.) My grand daughter went to see her mother a nurse lied she comb her hair. I was there Friday I wash her hair and brush it, you cannot comb her hair it is packed, that is why I wash her hair so I can brush it. I took care of her hair at Kindred Hospital.
The case managers what do they do for a patient. I am going to make a request for the insurance cordinator to go and see my daughter again.
Preferred solution: The CEO need to check on patient in the hospitals

My daughter is living in ***
My daughter died October 2, 2018 she never got the surgery she need. My grand daughter and Amerigroup Insurance put her in Cornerstone they got what they wanted for her to die.
I wanted her to stay at Park Plaza Hospital, it was out of my hand to keep her there. Cornerstone never did get her out of bath.
They did not keep her clean it is sad what human do to patient when they cannot do for themselves. Animals are treated better.
Again Another hospital like Kindred Hospital my daughter have gotten worse in this hospital. The case manager is a liar, she told my grand daughter that I said put her mama on hospice.
The day she had a meeting with me I had Rev. Jones listen in he no I told her I was not going to make a decision regarding my daughter Teresa Finley I am going to let her daughter decide what she want to do. If my grand daughter would of did that her mother would of died. The case manager also told another lie that the machine was doing all the breathing, my grand daughter found out the machine doing 30% and her mama doing the rest.
My daughter head have got big since she been there. I want to get her out of that hospital. I did not want her to go there from the beginning. I like the way she was taken care at Park Plaza.
My daughter insurance had her transfer there. Cornerstone Hospital 2001 Herman Dr. Houston,Tx 77004.
People do not let your love ones go there unless you can hire a sitter to stay with your family member. Thy shall not kill

Preferred solution: Move her out of that hospital
