This bed in box didn't rise to 14 inches.
only 10 I provided pics and they still rip you off.
It's uncomfortable, I'm over heating. And it isn't even even.
Even worse is customer service. Who put you through *** only to deny your valid claim. Please DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL BE SORRY. THEY ARE THE WORST *** OF THE EARTH.

They sell you furniture with parts missing from the box. then when u contact c/s to get the parts they demand that u have to pay for the shipping for parts that they forgot to put in the box.
