Purchase 2 pairs of shoes which were sent 3 sizes smaller. The shoes arrived promptly however, I feel the company is a FRAUD because they have a clearance and sales section which states you cannot get a refund and I believe if the shoe is the wrong size and they don't have it, you're just screwed.
The shoes I ordered were not on sales but a one-day first time order discount. I am just amazed at how a retailer can send a size 7 and mark it 3 size larger - I even upsized - so it was 4 times smaller than what I ordered.
