I place my on jun 5 2019, almost 4 weeks past I don't have my product I have UPS tracking number but the company never shipped my order 2710. Customers service doesn't answer to my emails impossible to contact this company by phone. Don't buy from them over they website

It´s been weeks since the day that I placed my first complaint at Corioliss, and they haven’t even bothered to answer. Please don´t shop at Corioliss, it´s a big fraud.
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to inform about the considerable faults regarding the two following Corioliss orders, made from their Web Page:
Order No. 2033: all items were delivered on Jan 23 via USPS #940551****882642****71, except for the K5 Keep My Colour Treatment Iron - CORK5TIRN.
I tried to contact them several times using the online chat but I never got an answer. I also made a purchase review recommending that the shipments should be weighed prior dispatch, so that this information could be used in case of disputes.
Since I got no answer, and given that I had a lot of hair products to be used with the treatment iron and no treatment iron at all, I had to order the iron again. When I received the second order (order No. 2318), the situation was exactly the same: all items were delivered on Jul 02 via USPS #940551****793794****47 except for the K5 Keep My Colour Treatment Iron CORK5TIRN.
Therefore, I demanded that Corioliss check on the weight stated on the shipments so that they could verify that none of them included the irons, only the hair products. I also asked that as soon as they corroborated what I state, they should correct the errors by sending the missing irons or reimbursing the charges related to the disputed items, but once again I got no answer.

I would not recommend to anybody to buy from Corioliss.com. this is not a trust website. I opened a dispute with AMEX credit card to recover my money back.
Item never received
Hi all, here to share with you this nightmare! My order from Corioliss was approved on 18th of December, one month ago.
I still haven't received it and the worst and most frustrating part is that the assistance from their customer service is inexistent. I have already sent them several emails and called them, without answer (I don't even know if the number is currently active) I'm thinking to proceed legally against them since I read the term is one month. Is someone able to recommend institutions or websistes able to take care of it?
This is a real scam! Never, never, NEVER purchase anything from Corioliss.
Never shipped
I bought a C3 flat Iron, August 27, the 31st I got an email saying that it was shipped, nothing so far, they don't answer emails , phone calls or any other contact. This is a scam they stole my money and should not be in business, I'm going to drive to their offices, the worst company that I ever dealt with.
Item never received
I placed an order for a wet to dry hair straightener in mid December. I received a message on December 14 saying it was being shipped.
It never arrived before Christmas. When I tried to call them the last week of December, I kept getting an answering machine but was unable to leave a message. It never advised me that they were closed the last week of December. Finally I was a bit frustrated and wrote them an email, to which I received a reply, a very curt reply, stating they were closed all week.
The person sending the email did not sign their name, but they were quite rude.
Today is January 4, I have called them again and no one answers. I do not recommend you do business with this company if you want your product to be received in a timely manner.
Poor service from Corioliss Chadstone
Buckets to Corioliss Australia at Chadstone for pathetic customer service. I purchased a mini hair iron for $104 and a wall holder for $40.
The suction cups do not hold. It fell off every surface in the bathroom I attached it to, despite the seller telling me it would stick. Took it back and replaced it. Same story.
Phoned head office and left a message. Had to call back as they failed to return the call. Attach it with a screw they said. NO!!
Insisted on a refund and after much angst got $19 returned. Apparently it was a package deal. Well that's transparent at the time of sale eh???? Need hair tools?
Talk to your hairdresser. AVOID Corioliss Australia.

Corioliss hairstraightener fell onto carpet. Warranty not honoured
On December 26 we bought a Corioliss, hairstraightener from Corioliss stand in Chadstone, Victoria, Australia for $200.
3 days later it fell from the low make up table onto soft carper. One ceramic plate shattered. The girl who sold it to us said she had never seen anything like it. Returned to supplier who offered to replace it for half price.
We objected because if the saleslady had not had one break before, it must have had a manufacturing fault. Reply was: take it or leave it.
We do not intend to give another $100 to someone who will not stand by the product they sell.
Lessons:
Remember, it fell 70 cm onto soft carpet.
The Victorian supplier refused to communicate with me - he has my money - job done.
Corioliss straithteners are dodgy products that break very easily and the warranty is not worth the paper its written on.
Do not buy from Corioliss.

I returned my k3 on dec 1 2015 for repairs. It is now feb 18, 2016.
I have left several phone messages along with dozens of emails. I am still waiting for a response.
Please let me know if you hear from corioliss, and if you did how did you get ahold of them. S rhodd
