- Ordered two hair curling wands; only one arrived.
- Second wand was the wrong unbranded product.
- Refund issued next day; only email, no phone.
I ordered two hair curling wants at the beginning of Dec ‘19. Two weeks later, after chasing with them I only received one which was the incorrect unbranded product.
Since then I kept chasing for the other wand and finally in 2 week of Jan 2020 I received a response from them stating that they ran out of stock. I asked for the refund which I got back the next day. They do not have any phone number and the only way to communicate is via email.
Frustrating. Their website still says that it’s in stock.
