Totally dissatisfied.

For 6 months core relief kept asking me for the same documentation over and over. I sent the same stuff 6 times.

At the end of December they asked for a new electric bill. I sent if. At the end of January they paid a total of 64.00 dollars for the entire year.

Then they told me I could not apply again until 2025. I believe they are using my information to get state funded benefits, To only pay 64.00 dollars for the entire year, when I am in the lowest income bracket.

The reply email every time is they still need my birth certificate, social security award letter and water bill. The only thing that has been accepted is my driver's license. I

No address to mail items is available. Skip it. Don't waste your time.

I have sent my birth certificate, water bill and social security income multiple times and still getting emails asking for the same items.

I applied for assistance on Feb 15th. It is now March 8th and the status of my application is still applied . They are going to turn my gas and electricity off. Meanwhile I am waiting to get assist

Texas utility help. Being done by Core Relief.

They are about to turn my utilities off because it is taking forever for them to approve my case .

I've called and nobody can tell me how much longer it's going to take . I need assistance NOW not after they turn my gas and electric off.

Same here.. I applied at the beginning of February..

I get the same email maybe once every two weeks telling me my application is applied.. I don't know what is goin' on..
