Defective coravin pivot wine
Received as a gift from my daughter the coravin Pivot wine and it will not pour just drips. She purchased it on Amazon.
No answer on your customer service number.
The order number on Amazon is 112-722****-612****. She tried to have it replace on Amazon but is having a problem for it to go through.

Question regarding gas capsules
You never answered my call . You failed to deliver 3 capsules as promised with my Pivot Oder.. Thanks a lot.

Faulty pivot
Every year there is some issue. This time, the pressure button to release the gas and aerate the wine is stuck and lets all the gas expel.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Doesnt pour registered it on line with corivan
Put 3 new capsules in and 2 new needles
Still doesnt work

No response from customer service
No response after sending multiple emails and their phone number is out of service. It is shady that they dont respond when they have a defective product.

Coravin Capsules omly lasting one time.
Coravin Capsules are only lasting for one glass of wine. Then the capsule goes empty by the time I use it again.
