I'm having so much trouble with my caravan. I'm not getting any gas, even though I just put a new one in.
Now, I only got half a gallon before it stopped. The last time I had to remove it, there was still some gas left in there, but it wasn't draining.

Cartridges do not work

I have recently had a problem with the Coravin Capsules not having gas in them.
I would say in the past couple of months there has been 4 capsules that havent worked. I buy them in the 3 pack through you.
We install them correctly and it is upsetting that they are expensive and then they have no gas in them.
Any thoughts on this problem would be appreciated.

Defective coravin pivot wine

I didn’t realize when I reached out to them through your platform that it was for dissatisfied customers. I did reach out to them separately and they responded immediately.

Faulty pivot
Every year there is some issue. This time, the pressure button to release the gas and aerate the wine is stuck and lets all the gas expel.

No response from customer service
No response after sending multiple emails and their phone number is out of service. It is shady that they dont respond when they have a defective product.
Coravin Capsules omly lasting one time.
Coravin Capsules are only lasting for one glass of wine. Then the capsule goes empty by the time I use it again.
