As of 11/4/21 they have done nothing but increase my bill with them by $700.00. They claim they tried to contact me but hung up on them (thats what they do!!!) and they also claim I said I was in a doctors office and couldn't talk to them.

That is unreal...I dont take my phone into any doctor' office or visit. They cannot and will not explain why they keep increasing my bill.

They lie, they are rude on the phone, I got one person today who actually talked over me and kept repeating "what do you need?" They are crooked and I would tell you to never use this company, worst run company I have ever seen! I am disgusted with them.

The Department of Consumer Protection has been great, they are responsive and very helpful. I am disgusted that CORAM would make me go this route!

I am being fleeced by this company with fraudulent billing practices and I cannot get through to reasonably work this out with anyone at CORAM.

In April of 2021 I contracted endocarditis for the 2nd time. I have had two major open heart surgeries and 3 strokes.

I am on disability. I had to take cefapime 3 times a day for 5 1/2 weeks. My service ended 6/2/21 The deliveries were horrendous, I had to call to make sure these life savings drugs were being delivered! every week I had to call to find out where and when my delivery was!!!

The customer service is horrible! I received a bill in June that I paid. Then in July I received a bill for 979.99. I called and unbelievably got someone, I told them I was on disability and could not afford the entire bill with one payment, I was told I qualified for a payment plan.

I was told I would receive a new bill reflecting my payment plan.I never got this. Tried calling dozens of times and could d never get anyone. In August the bill I received went up to 1032.00!!! Tried calling, no luck.

I just received a new bill today 10/5/21 for 1250.79!!! I called 6 times today, finally got someone and when I tried to discuss the plan I was supposedly on and the continued increase in my bill, I questioned their billing methods. I was polite and calm, the next thing I heard was click! They hung up!
NEVER use CORAM!!!

I am having to go through the dept of consumer protection and this is a hassle I dont need.

They are thieves and they dont give a darn about you! Can you imagine a company that operates this way?

Cost of infusion drugs for William V Flynn jr

I heard from someone that the drugs my husband is on cost $600/day. We absolutely cannot afford that.

Why werent we told the cost of these before we started. Vancamycin snd Cefepine. 6 weeks would cost over $30,000. That is just crazy.

After he started he had to go back into hosp so he did not use all the drugs delivered to our home. They want to bring a new order Friday.

I do not want a new order. Well use the ones we have and hopefully talk the drs into that being it.

We should have been informed of the exhorbitant cost.

The care that my son receives was excellent. They moved the IGG dept.

to Albany. He needs to take his infusion every two weeks. No infusion. The response I got from Renee is were to busy recertifying clients.

If you have an infusion scheduled for New Years Day in home services, why was this not handled sooner. I ask to speak to Renee's supervisor, no return call. Renee never took care of nursing. The nurse was never told not to come.

In pure English Albany is a pure SH___HOLE. I am now waiting for my Dr.

to figurers out how to transfer to another company. Why transfer services from Plainview Long Island NY 20 minutes from my home to Albany 3 Plus hours away?

Coram only cares about themselves. The people they serve are low on their list of priorities.

They don't know how to fill a monthly order in the right way even though you tell them exactly what you need. I would say use anybody but Coram. I am forced to wait on hold for anywhere from 15 min to an hour for someone to answer so that I can give an order.

Then when products arrive at the house there always seems to be something wrong. Then they keep changing the way they do things - in favor of the company without regard for the people they are serving.
