Shop never opeb
My local and only shop either shuts at 5pm or closed for lunch. Saturday must be a busy day for most local punters.
Football racing adds to the customers spending their hard earned money. Cannot believe on a Saturday the shop would be closed.
Not even for lunch. Find this is unacceptable and unbelievable

I couldnt see my bet that I placed for THE NEXT JAMES BOND wasnt showing up on my account but I was reassured that it was still showing on your system so Im very happy that it hasnt just disappeared.

No response from Coral.just stated policy.But on Itv racing prior to race.if no price is taken all bets. Will be settled at s.p.my s.p. was 100 to 1 ..and not 66 to one I was paid out at

Understated winning price
After watching horse racing on TV&placed a bet, my horse won at the Arc meeting at 100 to 1.as stated on TV.next morning read I paper the same won at 100 to 1. Went to Corals shop to collect but paid out at 66 to 1.
Questioned this in shop and on customer services with no success quoted ;( we use a different feed).took photo,s of pre race advise said if didn't take a price would pay out on S.P. 100 to 1.but Corals would not alter pay out..confused&and out if pocket
